Christmas in L.A

This year for Christmas I spent a few days with mom and her crazy dogs while Shell-Bell is spending Christmas with her parents at the beach. Not a whole lot going on in Lilesville this Christmas but that's what makes Lilesville so relaxing. You could say that it was more of a silent night.

You know I think back on all the years I spent living here in Lilesville, from Christmas time to winter to spring to summer and to fall... and I can say that I have many good memories of those times. I am thankful for everything that is going on in my life and the people that are in my life. My family, my friends... gosh, where do I start, where do I end.

You know it's so easy to get caught up in our busy life styles. We are sometimes so busy that it often gets hard to make time for stuff like this. But I hope that you can sit still for one moment; step out of your shell, and take a look at where you are now, where you've been and where you've come from. Life is a great gift but love is the greatest gift of all. It's entirely up to you on how you use that gift.

This year for Christmas I hope you did just that.
