Happy Birthday Pearl

Saturday June 21st. I am gonna do something special this year for dad. First of all, I'm gonna pretend that everyone knows that videography is something that I've fallen in love with and want to pursue a career in... if not there you go. I've been holding on to this idea for a while now and what a perfect day to get started on this project like Saturday June 21st 2008. The gift will be a documentary about the life of my dad...Pearl Bunn. I started going around to different places Saturday to get some footage to use but this part of the filming is the easy part. I will start making my appearance back in Lilesville from time to time to get some interviews from different folks that knew dad. Lastly, I hope to get some VHS tapes from my sisters for some footage that will add the magic touch. I feel that this will have an incredible impact... not only on myself but the people that knew dad and his character. If I can pull this off, my hopes are to have the video finished by late September in time for the 2008 Bunn reunion. I'll have to play this one by ear since school is my priority. If I can get all of this done, it will be a gift that keeps on giving. Happy Birthday Dad. Your legacy shines brighter and brighter every day and that's what I want to bring out. On Saturday June 21st, dad would be 80 yrs old.
