I wish I could say that I'll never shop at Walmart again but I'm sure that I'll carry my butt right back in there when I need something. Your probably gonna think this is silly but it's true.
When I lived in Concord, I didn't mind going to Walmart to get what I needed. Heck, I even shopped for groceries there before Shelly and I got married. It just didn't bother me as bad. Now that we're living in Indian Trail, we go to the Walmart here in town. I have 3 words for that place, or 4 if you count " I " as a word. I despise that place! I don't know what it is but even the thought of having to go to Walmart turns me inside out. I guess I better shut my mouth. As the saying goes "if you don't have anything good to say then don't say nothing at all"!
I will say this though. They don't have any self check out aisles. Not one! To top it off, there are 27 registers ( I counted them ) and the majority of the time, there are less then 10 of the lanes open.
Am I missing out on anything here??? If so please tell me!
About a week ago I ordered a dresser for my office and decided to hit Walmart.com up since they we're so cheap. Ever heard the saying... "you get what you pay for"? It was definitely cheaper than anything I found and it was the right color and everything. So I ordered it. I knew the quality would be cheap but dang... it was pathetic. There was even a drawer that was busted on the bottom. So I took that piece of crap back to the store. Course I had to wait in a line that was shaped like a banana cause there was only 2 ladies working in the returns desk and one of them was on the phone talking to someone! What a mess!
It's not always that I have a bad or cruddy experience from Walmart but there have only been a few times when the experience was above a 5 on a scale from 1-10. That wasn't the case at the Concord store.
Ah who knows, it could just be me.
