HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ALL!!!
I hope everyone has had a great Labor Day weekend but NO ONE.... and I mean not one person had a weekend like I had. I really didn't do that much but I have some incredible news. Shelly told me the news Sunday night when she arrived home from her vacation from the beach. We now have GRANDPARENTS!!! YES.... you heard me right. GRANDPARENTS. We call them Dan and Barb. They are the most loving people you could ever meet. Dan and Barb have been friends with Shelly's parents for quite some time now and every time we go to the beach, we like to stop in to say hello to Dan and Barb. Well on our last vacation, Shelly and I along with Shelly's parents all went out for lunch... and we just fell in love with them. So on this previous visit, Shelly told them that we were going to adopt them as our grandparents and with open arms, they gladly accepted. I know I'm excited about this, I've never had or experienced what it's like to have grandparents. Dan and Barb are now Nana and Poppy. I'm already looking forward to going to visit Nana and Poppy. Trust me, once you meet these folks you'll wish they were your grandparents too.
