Home alone again

Here it is Tuesday August 26th... it's raining like crazy and Shelly-Button left this morning on her way to the beach on vacation. I have a few days off this week but I was not able to make the trip since there is this thing called school classes I have to attend a couple of nights a week. It's ok though. I'm looking ahead. In the long run this schooling will help me get a good job. A good job to me means something I enjoy doing and somewhere I can be a team player. But for now, it sure does stink having to work at a rinky-dink retail shop doing something I really don't like just to have a little income while I'm in school. I could find another job but finding a part time job that will work with your school schedule can be a tad challenging. I also don't want to get into an environment that keeps me out till the stroke of midnight. I at least get off at a decent time so I'm thinking about just hanging in there until this is over. Who knows, maybe something will come along that will be something I enjoy. I hope it's sooner than later that's for sure.
