I was watching a little bit of the news tonight and I saw something that kinda bugs me. Well we all know there is hardly ever anything good on the news... just crime. The part that got me was they showed a clip of the war and a new video from bin ladin... then it jumped over to screaming happy fans at a football game. I'm not saying it's wrong to go to a football game but It just got me to thinking about our freedom. We have friends family and loved ones over seas fighting, putting their life on the line, going without sleep and enduring the most graphic nightmares of blood and death... all so we can jump and scream and throw your hands in the air like your having the time of your life. Then on the way home, you will probably start complaining about something ridiculous because it didn't go your way. Maybe I'm wrong... but that's just the way it comes across. I dunno, maybe It's just me.
Either way our freedom will always come with a heavy price. Thank God for our military.
